Kumusta! I’m glad you’re here.

I want Filipinx American leaders to flourish as our whole selves—not a version dictated to us and meant to silence us.

– Rev. Dr. Kealani Nunes Willbanks

Having spent half my career in corporate finance and the other in full-time Protestant ministry, I understand the unique weight of leading in white-centered spaces and the harms of traditional faith-based institutions.

Through Kapwa Praxis, I serve as a spiritual advisor and thought partner for Filipinx American leaders who are ready to embody the Filipino value of kapwa (shared humanity), and lead from a place of liberated spirituality.

Together, we’ll unlearn the narratives meant to silence us as Filipinx so you can reclaim your sacred purpose.

I highly encourage working with Kealani.”
